Our paper on Meucci is in SSRN’s Top Ten on Optimisation! Hurray! :)

Today I open my mail and see the following:

Your paper, “APPLICATION OF ENSEMBLE LEARNING FOR VIEWS GENERATION IN MEUCCI PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION FRAMEWORK”, was recently listed on SSRN’s Top Ten download list for: ERN: Optimization Techniques; Programming Models; Dynamic Analysis (Topic).

etc. etc.

It was selected for the first issue of Review of Business ans Economic Studies, and we prepared a bit in a hurry; when ROBES 1(1) was presented to Rajnish Mehra on Higher School of Economics conference in Moscow in 2013, I first thought to myself: “Wow, Mehra is reading my paper!” And then immediately: “Oh, no, definitely I should have been investing much more time in preparing it”. Happily he just glanced at list of editors looking for familiar faces and even found somebody. And now its in SSRN charts on portfolio things, perhaps, partly – due to Meucci’s name in the title, and partly – due to catchy abstract. Definitely, I should have been investing much more time in preparing it 🙂
